Which telcos support the delivery of your
products?
Our products are available to Cingular Orange,
Cingular Blue (AT&T), T-Mobile and Sprint customers.
Does my phone need to be internet
enabled?
Yes. In order to successfully download ringtones and
color wallpapers, your phone will need to be able to connect to the Web..
If you're not sure that you have this feature, contact your carrier's
Customer Support for more information.
What types of plans work with the
service?Monthly mobile phone subscribers need to make sure
they have internet and text messaging services activated on their plan.
Cingular prepaid customers will need sufficient credit to download the
chosen product, along with internet and text messaging services activated
on their plan.
What products are compatible with my mobile
phone?
Please see our Handset Compatibility chart to view what
products are compatible with your phone. If you are still unsure or if
your particular phone is not listed, please send an email to
psms@digitalorchid.com.
How long should it take for me to recieve my
download?
Depending upon the network traffic, it can take
several seconds up to several minutes to recieve your product.
What should I do when the download is completed to
my phone?
Once the download gets to your phone, please make
you click the "save" button in order to save the product to your handset.
I confirmed my order, but I did not receive the
product. What happened?
It is possible the product was
delivered to your phone but your phone did not notify you. Most phones
have a different type of Inbox for WAP Push messages (the type we are
sending to you for the product). Such messages may not arrive in your
standard text message Inbox. So, it may be necessary to search elsewhere
on the phone for a 'browser messages' or 'WAP Push messages' Inbox. The
title of the message should be the name of the product you ordered.
