Make sure you include the following in your correspondence:

  • Your cell phone number
  • The manufacturer and model of your handset
  • The Content Code of the product you tried to download
  • The date you tried to download the product
  • A detailed explanation of the problem you encountered, including a step-by-step overview of the process
  • Make sure that you have the internet enabled on your phone and your carrier's plan

The wireless product support team works directly with the end user via e-mail and telephone and its carrier partners on a case-by-case basis to resolve any issues.
